What we collect
When you visit our store, we automatically collect certain device information: browser type, IP address, time zone, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site (via cookies, log files, and pixels). When you place an order or start a checkout, we collect the information you provide: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order details. Payment card and M-Pesa details are processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full payment credentials.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers who make our store work: Shopify (our e-commerce platform — see Shopify's privacy policy), our payment processors, our delivery partners (name, phone and address — so your lamp reaches you), our email service for order and marketing messages, and our reviews platform. We keep order information for our business and tax records unless you ask us to delete it, and we honour deletion requests wherever we are not legally required to retain the data.
