Shipping Policy
Every lamp is made to order. When you place an order, we start printing your piece in our Nairobi studio — built layer by layer, then finished, wired and tested by hand before it ships. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting; your lamp is made for you.
Delivery within Kenya
- Flat rate: KES 500 — anywhere in Kenya, from Nairobi to Mombasa to Kisumu to Lodwar.
- FREE delivery on orders over KES 10,000 — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
- Delivered within 1–4 days of placing your order — most deliveries arrive overnight once your lamp is printed and packed.
- Larger or multi-lamp orders may need a little more time, since every piece is printed individually. We'll keep you posted if so.
International orders
We deliver worldwide on request. International shipping is quoted individually based on destination and order size — contact us before ordering at print3d.africa@gmail.com or +254 722 944 848 and we'll arrange it.
